   InXile Entertainment was formed in late 2002 by Brian Fargo. We are located in beautiful Newport Beach just blocks from the sand. We have assembled a team of some of the most talented people in the software industry so that we can bring the highest quality games possible to your home videogame and computer systems. Our goal is to remain focused on very few titles so that the inXile name becomes one you can count on for quality games.

One of the most successful entrepreneurs in the software publishing industry, Brian Fargo has been behind some of the greatest game franchises of all time including The Bard's Tale, Wasteland, Descent, Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Sacrifice, Icewindale, Star Trek and Battle Chess. Founding Interplay Entertainment Corp in 1983, Fargo expanded the company dramatically by first entering a partnership arrangement with then Universal/MCA and later taking Interplay public in 1998.

In addition to Interplay, Fargo formed an on-line entertainment company with Japan's Softbank in 1996 and sat on the board of Virgin Europe after it was acquired by Interplay in 1998. Sought after for his experience and insight, Fargo has served on the board of the Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA) and has given key speeches at leading industry events such as E3, Global Gaming Forum and the Game Developers Conference.

Fargo's current passion is the innovative game development company inXile entertainment, based in Newport Beach, California, which he formed in October 2002. In addition, Fargo also sits on the board of Turbine Entertainment, one of the leading MMOG game creators in the world.

Matthem Findley

Matthew Findley worked with Mr. Fargo at Interplay Entertainment since 1989. Mr Findley spent most of his career in Product Development, initially as a Programmer/Game Designer then in product management as both Producer and Executive Producer and finally as Division Head of Interplay's first autonomous internal studio. Prior to inXile entertainment, Mr. Findley spent two and a half years living and working in London, England as Interplay's General Manager of Europe. In this capacity, Mr. Findley managed all of European development, marketing and distribution.

Maxx Kaufman

Michael “Maxx” Kaufman

Michael Kaufman has been in the industry since 1995, previously having worked in the entertainment industry on the Stargate Production Crew. The bulk of Mr. Kaufman's game industry career has been spent at Xatrix Entertainment where he served as Art Director on the "Redneck Rampage" series, "Starhunters", "Quake II, the Reckoning" as well as "Kingpin: Life of Crime". Most recently Mr. Kaufman spent the last 3 years at Gray Matter Studios as Managing Art Director/ Co-founder. Mr. Kaufman art directed the interactive academy award winning and best selling game, "Return to Castle Wolfenstein".

Elene Campbell

Vice President of Operations, inXile entertainment

Elene Campbell began her career at Interplay Entertainment Corp. in 1995 in Product Development as an assistant to the Managing Art Director then as R&D Administrator. She later moved on to the Human Resource Department as Director of Human Resources and finally as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Campbell got her first taste of Product development when assisting with Quality Assurance on The Bard's Tale. Ms. Campbell is a graduate of Chapman University where she received her B.A. in English Literature as well as a graduate of National University where she received her M.A. in Educational Counseling and her Pupil Personnel Services credential.
