Game Designer
Position Overview:
- We are looking for a game designer familiar with designing and balancing game systems.
- Game designers will work closely with members of Design, Art, and Programming teams to achieve a high-quality game experience.
- The position's main responsibilities include designing player controls, player and enemy move sets and metrics, mechanics, and basic behavior design, implementation, and tuning.
- We are looking for people with a great sense of what makes a game or level fun to play and can work within the technical limitations of the engine.
- 2+ years of game industry experience in a design capacity
- Broad knowledge of game theory

Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Experiene with mini-game development
- Programming, level design, or scripting experience

Lead Game Software Engineer
Lead Software Engineer for Nintendo DS and Wii projects targeted at young audience.
Required Qualifications:
- C/C++ or other programming experience
- 3D math/programming experience
- Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for games and game-design
- Shipped a game title as lead engineer on a console or PC

2D/3D Artist
InXile Entertainment is looking for a talented 2D/3D artist to help develop our next-gen game. We are looking for an artist with very strong texture and painting skills that are up to date on current shaders used in next generation games. This includes creating and understanding specular, normal and bump maps. You should also be proficient in modeling and unwrapping.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent 2D art skills.
- Understanding of many shaders including specular, normal, bump mapping, etc.
- Strong experience creating textures in Photoshop.
- Experience using 3D Studio Max or equivalent package.
- Solid modeling skills.
- Strong traditional painting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A portfolio of artwork samples including traditional paintings and textures for use in 3D.
Preferred Skills:
- Varied painting styles.
- Experience with Unreal Editor.
- Working knowledge of particles.
3D Modeler
Position Overview:
- Candidate would possess experience modeling and texturing objects, environments and characters in a timely fashion.
- Proficiency in 3DS Max or Maya (or equivalent 3D program), Photoshop, etc.
- 2+ years experience in game development.
- Self-driven, good communicator and a great team-player.
- Willing and able to work closely with Designers and Programmers.
- Ability to take direction.
- Illustration, animation, concept drawing a plus.
- A passion for games.
