The Bard's Tale IV Celestial Code Wheel

The Celestial Code Wheel is used to open the offering statues you'll come across in your adventures. Read the statue: the constellation under the arrow, whether the moon is waxing or waning, and the constellation beneath the moon. Set those three on the wheel, and it gives you a set of numbers to look up in the Adventurer's Celestial Almanac, which names the items the shrine is asking for. If nothing happens when you make the offering, check the moon first: waxing or waning will give completely different answers, and is the most common error when using the wheel.
